Detailed description:
Name: Aquarium Test Strips
Material: PVC
Size: Tube: 13.5×1.5cm, Bottle: 12.5x5cm
Storage condition: 2℃~30℃ dry place and keep away from light (2℃~8℃ is good). Shelf life of the product is 12 months, after opening, please tighten the lid at any time, the best results within 3 months.
Sample requirements
1. Sample 5-10ml of the liquid to be tested, take the supernatant after standing to do the test.
2. The test is best conducted at room temperature around 25℃.
Test Method
1. Immerse the reaction area of the test strip into the solution to be tested for 1-2 seconds, take out the test strip, and put it on paper to drain off the excess water on it.
2. After 30 seconds, compare the reaction area of the test strip with the color on the color scale to determine the test value of the solution to be tested.
3. The colorimetric time should be controlled within 60s, too long or too short time will affect the accuracy.
Note:
1. Do not touch the reaction end of the test paper when removing the test paper to avoid contamination of the test paper and affecting the test results.
2. After removing the required number of test strips, seal the remaining test strips and store them away from light.
3. Keep the liquid to be tested colorless or light-colored as much as possible, if the color is too dark, use activated carbon adsorption to do dehydration treatment.
If the liquid to be tested is turbid, let it stand for a while, and then take the clear part for testing after precipitation.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
